Layout Requirements Ideal size: 1,000-1,200 sq feet On ground floor Precise measurement? Divide # of patients/20 per table and Multiply by 100sqft=total sq footage On ground floor Determine traffic patters in training room and adjust Entry: 2 extra wide doors Why? Next to locker rooms, but not w/ direct access.

ATR Areas Office Lavatory/Changing Hydrotherapy Room/Area Taping/Bandaging Rehabilitation Storage General Treatment (Treatment tables)

Requirements for ATR Areas Office next to entry or facing entry Own thermostat Cabinet space Storage closets Electrical outlets 3ft above the ground 4 ft apart
