What is this about? The Learning Disability Health Self Assessment Framework

What are we checking up on? 4 ‘Top Targets’: 1.Closing Campuses and people who lived in hospitals will have moved into their new homes 2.People with a learning disability can use the same health services and get the same treatment as everybody else 3.People with a learning disability are safe in the National Health Service 4.We are making progress on the things that Valuing People says will help people’s health

Why are we doing the Health Check? To help us check what we do well AND what we might need to do to improve things To tell the Head of Complaints, the Ombudsman, and NHS London how we are doing
