Dear Lord, Please help guide today’s youth who are tomorrow’s leaders. Mentor and guide them to meet the challenges of life. You have blessed them with special gifts, we pray they develop these gifts and use them for the benefit of others. Amen

Task 1 : As a class watch the illustrated letter from Pope Francis. Mind Map the key issues Pope Francis has raised in his letter. Laudato Si' animation

Task 2 Write a draft response to St Francis. In your response include: Choose one issue in the Pope’s letter that interested you. Explain why? What do you pledge to do to help improve the issue? How are you going to use your god given talents to help? Peer and self assess your draft using green pen

Task 3 Write your final letter ensuring fantastic handwriting, spelling, punctuation and grammar. Please give these to your form teacher. They will be posted to Pope Francis and also displayed in the school.
