Team Charter Develop an internationally harmonized (91XX) standard for AB/CRB oversight by Sector Management Structures and IAQG Original Equipment Manufacturers in support of AS9104 requirements Team Deliverables The AS/EN/SJAC 91XX Oversight Standard ECD for initial routing of draft July 31, 2005 IAQG OPMT & AAQG/EAQG/APAQG RMC Publication by January 2006 Status reports regarding team progress to the AAQG and IAQG Registrar Management Committee (RMC) Disposition of comments received and updates to the (91XX) standard once the initial draft document has been routed

Team Activities The team has meet via telecon on six occasions Monthly through May, bi-weekly beginning in June The working draft has been created Using existing processes as the benchmark (e.g. RMC 102, TS157) Agreed to use and define the term "Assessor" “An IAQG Member Representative that has been qualified in accordance with this standard and supports an Industry Controlled Other Party Management Team (OPMT) joint team assessment or conducts independent oversight activity in accordance with this standard.” The team agreed that when making reference to the overall Aerospace accreditation/certification scheme we would use the term Aerospace Industry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) scheme. When referring to IAQG oversight management we would use the term Other Party Management Team (OPMT)

Team Activity The team will have a face to face meeting the week of July 11, 2005 to finalize the AS91XX draft The final table of contents: The IAQG OPMT has agreed to expand oversight to include Personnel Certification Bodies (e.g., RAB/QSA) and Training Approval/Certification Bodies Current Oversight Processes do not include these bodies The team members are conducting a process review to identify how each sector operates (e.g. ANAB relationship with RAB/QSA in the Americas) Assessor Qualifications will be contained in the new (AIR5493/AS91XX) writings.

Summary The draft is in work and progressing towards initial routing (July 05) AAQG RMC will be provided the opportunity for review and input prior to formal balloting. Ballot at Montreal IAQG meeting (Oct 2005) Your support and feedback is greatly appreciated by the team
