Claude Koehl, the founder of Intercultural Services, is an internationally acclaimed consultant, speaker and trainer. Her own multicultural and polyglot background (French, German Italian, English, Swiss German, Spanish) as well as her passion for cross-cultural topics are at the heart of the company’s success. Claude Koehl received her Master in Social Psychology from the University of Zurich in Switzerland, and holds post-graduate degrees in Health Promotion (University of Lausanne), Human Capital and Organizational Development (University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland), as well as a Teaching Degree (University of Zurich). She keeps up to date by lecturing at universities like the Swiss Institute for Business Administration and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
