 Any injury can happen as a result of falls, collisions, or being struck by an object – Safe Kids USA

 Always wear a well fitted helmet  Have the right size bike

Use a quality skateboard Wear a properly fitted helmet Wear wrist guards Wear knee and elbow pads Always wear shoes

 Players should wear:  Helmet – with face mask, chin strap, and mouth piece  Shoulder pads, Hip Pads, Tail Pads, Knee Pads  Thigh Guards  Mouth Guard  Shoes

 The proper equipment for hockey is:  Correctly fitted skates  Properly fitted helmet  Mouth guard  Shoulder pads  Elbow pads  Gloves  Hockey pants with good thigh, hip, and tailbone protection  Shin Guards

 Players should have:  Batting helmets  Mouth guards  Sliding pants  Shin pads  Catchers should wear a helmet with a facemask, throat guard, chest protector
