BOLAND ATHLETICS STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN BASED ON THE BOLAND ATHLETICS CONSTITUTION MISSION To use the 5 Star Community Achiever Programme as a platform from where organized mass participation will be encouraged at Provincial, District and Municipal level, and in doing so, uncover and develop the talent which might have been overlooked or ignored in the past and develop them as role models in the community. OBJECTIVE The primary target group is the age group 6-13 years, years, years, seniors, and older. The objective is to identify 5 Star Achievers in the local Municipalities, districts, and provinces, level. 5 STAR COMMUNITY ACHIEVER PROGRAMME
