marketing courses Simple easy to use process Links from website re courses - “click” link to online booking system Online booking and payment - Primary method of booking - Secondary paper booking process to be in the system but used by exception 3

8 Level 1 Assistant Officials Course
Entry Route Level 1 Officials Courses organised wherever possible through Athletics Networks and aimed at young people, parents in clubs and schools Ratio of tutor to applicants 1:20 Level 1 Assistant Officials Course £10 per person Minimum charge of £120 per course For this fee the organiser supplies venue and equipment

Officials Education EA Delivery Level 2 EA focus Seasonal course programme at Level 2 to be agreed by EC’s & COFsec’s based on local demand Level 3+ UKA – in partnership & promoted by EA

Entry Route Level 2 Level 2 Level 2 A (CLUB) £15 per person Qualified 2A Level 2 B (COUNTY) Qualified 2B Level 2 C (REGION) PLEASE NOTE: Within Level 2, it is possible to go directly to 2B without intermediate awards, providing criteria is met Qualified 2C

EA Objectives Local & National Need Affiliated Officials Objective; To align National and club needs within a single National Process but with local delivery

Officials database contact details discipline each official can cover which region they are in Ability to produce mail merge documents to coaches and officials primarily via (70%) or post (30%) if required Officials courses Online booking Produce reports for officials – number and level per region 14
