Physical Health For humans, physical health translates to good body health. It is important that a body gets regular exercise, good nutrition and adequate rest.

 3) Transfats are unhealthy because they raise the bad cholesterol and lower good cholesterol which does cause abdominal obesity.  4) Eat Vegetables which are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.  5) Vitamin D is critical to ones diet. We do produce this hormone through the skin when we are outdoors in the sunlight.  6) Stay away from refined carbohydrates. Eating refined carbohydrates can cause rapid spikes in blood sugar.
