Department of Pediatrics Central Administration A service-oriented team that provides administrative infrastructure to support the mission-driven activities of the Department of Pediatrics. Located in various sites (SCH, UW HSB) Employed by different institutions 6

Division Structure Some divisions have a decentralized administrative model: division administrator and admin staff Other divisions have program assistants employed by SCH to provide support to faculty based at SCH relative to academic activities Divisions with faculty doing research in HSB and often provide support via Central Admin 8
