It is a reptile. His jaw can break your bones. They are usually stealthy. Some have large teeth some have small teeth.

Do you live by a swamp? Do you live in Louisiana or Florida? Do you live by an ocean? Do you live by a tall swampy grass land? If you said yes, then you live by a alligator

Did it have a large round mouth? Was it about feet long? Was his body dragging on the ground?

It needs a place with a lot of water. It needs fish. It needs a big place to swim. It needs to be pretty warm, because they’re cold-blooded.

It has large claws. It has a very strong tail. It has a round head.

Alligator’s Skin Skin is thick and leathery. The skin is rough. The alligator has small spikes on its back. The thick skin helps protect the alligator from attacks by predators and humans.

It will probably bite you. It could hit you with his tail. He could claw you.

They mostly eat fish Young American alligators eat Crayfish, insects, small fish, shrimp, and crabs. Adult American alligators eat fish, birds, snakes, turtles, muskrats, and other alligators.
