 (Is this energy source renewable?) Wind is renewable because it is one of the resources we find all around us in nature.  (How is this energy source used to produce electricity?) Wind is used to produce electricity when clusters of wind turbines generate to form electrical wind energy.  (How long has this energy source been used?) Wind has been used for thousands of years.

 May be used for a windmill.(To drive an electric generator)  Wind could be used for wind powered vehicles.  Wind/Kite powered cargo ships.  Wind can be used for wind powered sports.(Kites, sailing, wind surfing, etc.)  Wind can be used for water pumps.

 Wind power doesn’t cause pollution.  A significant amount of energy can be generated from clusters of wind turbines.

 Wind turbines take up land space. 

Gabrielle Crews And Shanna Sangster

 Nuclear power causes pollution!  Nuclear power is used to produce electricity!

 Nuclear power can be used as toxics or explosives!

 When fission is released the energy can be used to generate nuclear energy.

 Nuclear power plants produce dangerous radioactive wastes.  Nuclear
