1 Lotus Connections Customer Use Cases The following are stories from early customer engagements. They were created to help people understand the many ways that Lotus Connections can deliver business value to many different industries. Each of them contain speaker notes that provide greater detail on the customer’s pain points, the solution and the benefits of the solutions. These are not customer references at this point so they have been generalized. Hopefully, we will obtain customer approval in the future to turn them into named customer reference accounts.

They suffer from information overload in their jobs yet lack visibility to identify overlap, related work, and expertise within IBM.
