Installation Plan of VIS Ryutaro Takahashi (NAOJ) for the 4th external review on 30 June

JGW-T The mirror is suspended on wires and balanced by means of four winches. Then the mirror stand is removed, the recoil mass slides in position and is similarly suspended. The wire clamps are locked. OSEM flags and wire brakers are glued onto the mirror. Box type jig is in consideration now. The IRM is mounted around the IM and secured by means of screws. The RM is secured to the IM by means of temporary transport bars. The TM is locked inside the RM by means of radial and axial set screws. Assembly procedure of mirror suspension

Assembly procedure of filters A clean room stand is used to mount and cable the chain in its earthquake safety structure. The payload is lowered in place first. The filters are added one by one and cabling is implemented. The filters are secured to the safety structure. The chain is ready to be lifted out of the stand and for transport. JGW-T

Procedure 1 1.Assemle the payload using the true TM. 2.Combine the payload and the filter chain with the pre-isolator. 3.Install the full system into the chamber. Procedure 2 1.Assemle the payload using the true TM. 2.Install the filter chain with the pre-isolator into the chamber. 3.Install the payload into the chamber. 4.Combine the payload and the filter chain with the pre-isolator in the chamber. Procedure 3 1.Assemble the payload using the dummy TM. 2.Combine the payload and the filter chain with the pre-isolator. 3.Install the full system into the chamber. 4.Replace the dummy TM to the true TM in the chamber.
