SOFT TISSUE (Muscles, Fasciae, Tendons, Entheses, Bursae, Skin) pathology NERVE: (entrapment and neuropathy) 1.Are any of the joints abnormal? 2. What is the matter of joint abnormality ? (acute inflammation, past inflammation, mechanical) 3.What is the extent ( distribution) of joint involvement ? (symmetrical/asymmetrical, small/large, peripheral/spinal, upper/lower limbs, favored/spared) 4.Are other features of diagnostic importance ? PSYCHOSOCIAL STATUS FUNCTIONAL IMPAIRMENT
