ALLSTAR & AlliedBarton Academy  AlliedBarton Training Awareness and Recognition Program.  A five-level, advanced training program that provides Security Officers with an opportunity to further develop their professional skills and knowledge. Some of the topics covered are: Patrolling Techniques; Responding to Emergencies; Access Control; Fire; and Report Writing; etc.  Upon successful completion of each of the five levels, Security Officers are awarded various recognition/ rewards.  AlliedAcademy.com is AlliedBarton’s advanced online career development center. Every AlliedBarton employee can log on to our intranet website and take a wide variety of security related developmental courses. Security Officer of the Month  Every month, an Officer from each branch is selected as the Security Officer of the Month. The Security Officer of the Month receives a recognition plaque. Security Officer of the Year  On an annual basis, an Officer from each branch is selected as the Security of the Year. This individual receives a $ savings bond.  In addition, one Officer is selected as the company-wide Allied Barton Security Officer of the Year. This individual receives a $ savings bond. “ You Make a Difference” Program  Security officers who receive recognition for their performance, by our clients, are invited to our Quarterly Security Officer Appreciation Luncheon where they receive recognition for a job well done.
