The Preface: tables, maps, addresses Descriptive tables are in RDD, section 9 administration codes, geographical areas codes Standard zones are in part are in RDD, section 9 CIRAF, Maritimes, etc 12A and 12B: addresses (three quarters of the Preface) should rather be published as a database on the CD-ROM (not in the RDD)
