Christmas Fayre Saturday 1 December am to 3pm It’s that time again when we ask for your help to make our annual Christmas Fayre a success. We are having a Dress as you Please Day on Thursday 29 November (Please remember pupils are not allowed to wear football colours) In exchange for ditching their uniforms, can the children please bring the following items: Primary 1 & 2 - Chocolate For our chocolate tombola – all chocolate welcome from a bag of mini mars bars to a big box of chocolates! (no individual bars please!) Primary 3 & 4 – deli Foods For our Carolside Festive Deli – anything from home baking to posh shop bought goodies (please ensure items are in date). Primary 5, 6 & 7 – Adult Gift Suitable for the Adult Tombola or Secret Present Room – so there is an even split, can can girls send in female gifts and boys male gifts, of course unisex gifts would also be appreciated. We would also appreciate if you did not send in any of these items until ‘Dress as you please day’. Items can be left at school office if you prefer. Visit him in his Grotto (P7 Classroom) - £3 PER child Also for sale in the grotto will be Santa’s Ma I c Keys real Christmas Trees Buy your Christmas Tree from us this year ! Real trees available to take away on the day, or pay a small deposit and have your tree delivered when it suits you. (you can also pre-order before the fayre, if you can’t make it along on the day) The PTA will receive £5 for every tree sold, so please support us. Christmas Market Fayre In the GYM HALL this year, you’ll find our fabulous Christmas Market. There will be a wide range of stalls for all, selling all sorts of goodies including:  Textile cards and pictures.  Christmas decorations and bags.  Scottish brewed ales and beers.  Handmade cards.  Packaged Christmas presents for all the family.  Selection of handmade tablets.  Costume and kids jewellery.  Original children’s clothing and textile decorations.  Home gifts.  Handmade soya candles and soaps.  Cards, jewellery and knitted goods.  Yummy cupcakes.  Knitted scarves.  Wood turned goods.  Homemade jams and chutneys.  Stained and fused glass.  Silver jewellery. A nd that’s not all… In the P7 classrooms in the corridor leading from the dining hall, children's game’s and activities, helped by our Primary 6 & 7 pupils, including: :Guess the reindeers poos! :Count the sweets in the jar. :Magic reindeer dust for sale. :Guess teddy’s birthday. :Decorate your own bauble. :Secret Present Room (for the children only, pick a surprise for mum or dad, then have it wrapped to go straight under the tree, peeking will not be allowed!) :Face Painting, Nail Painting and Tattoos. :Good as new Toy Stall (we are looking for donations of perfect condition toys, if you can help please get in touch with Wendy Little ). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . In the Dining Hall  Lunch! (Domino’s Pizza (12-2pm) and Hot Dogs (inc vegetarian)  Tea, Coffee and Mulled Wine  Carolside Festive Deli  Chocolate Tombola  Adult Tombola  Tuck Shop  Chocolate Fountain  Raffle – win a fantastic one of two festive hampers.  Second Hand Cd/DVD/Book Stalls (please donate any good condition Cds/DVDs, Books and Toys. Collection will be w/c 26 Nov, around the school and school office. Alternatively contact us to arrange a collection of large items/quantities. Debbie Scott ). Also in the Playground Hamburgers and Baked Potatoes will be on sale. Please come along. There is NO ENTRY FEE. It always has a great community atmosphere, and a fun start to the festive season.
