Vision Statement The Bar Harbor (MDI) Rotary Club will be known as a leader in the local community as well as an active part of the international community of Rotary International for supporting efforts that improve family life. Method: to have a club enriched by 3 service projects and enhanced by 3 new active and sustaining members

Strategy Focus on the family demographic Collaborate with existing groups Look to veteran members and past- presidents for guidance, support and assistance Celebrate the talents each member can bring to our work Create positive fellowship and support

Projects Club Service – Operations funding to Donations list Vocational Service – Leadership Training Community Service – Oncology Department & Town Hill Ballfield International – possible YMCA Linkage and/or district project New Generations – New play equipment for Park Street Playground  new!
