Vision Statement The Bar Harbor (MDI) Rotary Club will be known as a leader in the local community as well as an active part of the international community of Rotary International for supporting efforts that improve family life. Method: to have a club enriched by 3 service projects and enhanced by 3 new active and sustaining members

Strategy Focus on the family demographic Collaborate with existing groups Look to veteran members and past- presidents for guidance, support and assistance Celebrate the talents each member can bring to our work Create positive fellowship and support

Goals and Objectives Stick with projects that the community wants to see supported or completed Members look forward to coming to meetings and events Increase and sustain our members

How Do We Get There? Active support from members on –PR –Service –Fundraising Intra Board communication Use Club Assembly (and make it fun)

Projects Club Service – Operations funding to Donations list Vocational Service – Leadership Training Community Service – Oncology Department & Town Hill Ballfield International – possible YMCA Linkage and/or district project New Generations – New play equipment for Park Street Playground  new!
