20 Setting and Recording Club Goals Goals for Rotary Foundation, Membership and Service are to be entered online at www.rotary.org via Rotary Club Central (RCC)www.rotary.org The Planning Guide for Effective Rotary Clubs can be used to help you collate these details also use the Planning Guide to help you and your committees set goals and action plans for a successful year in Rotary

21 Setting and Recording Club Goals Review Last Year’s Planning Guide if available and/or Rotary Foundation, Membership and Service data that was entered on RCC for your club in 2013. Insure that your club secretary has listed you and your club committee chairs on RCC so that you and they will have access to enter your club goals and other data on RCC.

22 Setting and Recording Club Goals Work with your leadership team (club committees) to set 2014-2015 goals. Enter goals at www.rotary.org via RCC.www.rotary.org Advise club members when data has been loaded so that they can view it. Use to monitor progress towards achieving goals throughout your year as president.
