Health Course Purpose Course Purpose  to provide the most current in formation related to health science  to examine the positive and negative impact of personal behaviors on overall health  to engage all students in different types of self evaluation and reflection as a means of identifying strengths and weaknesses in overall health  to encourage positive change when necessary to adopt a healthier lifestyle

Health Text Health: A Guide to Wellness (for classroom use only) Course Requirements Arrive to class on time prepared with a pen or pencil Keep an organized notebook Submit all assignments promptly Prepare for quizzes and tests Participate in class discussions Exhibit respect for yourself, your classmates and your teacher
