Warszawa 18 luty 2004 Evaluation procedure (1) Priority 3 approach 2 stage submission & evaluation Stage 1 proposal is an outline proposal with þa maximum of 20 pages þusing a font with minimal point size 12 þmainly addressing a reduced set of criteria (relevance, potential impact and S/T excellence þhowever since there are specific criteria for an IP-SME it is also important that the role of the SMEs are described as well (management, consortium)
