8 Bureau for International Research and Technology Cooperation Herlitschka 7 Specific Measures for SMEs - CRAFT Opportunity for SMEs with inadequate research capabilities to innovate and increase their competitiveness, access international networks  3 SMEs from 2 countries* assign research & innovation activities to 2 RTD performers**  any topic across range of science & technology  0,5 - 2 Million Euro, 1-2 years * established in 2 different Member States or Associated States, of which at least 1 shall be in a MS or Associated CC ** independent from the SMEs and established in 2 different MS or Associated States of which at least 1 shall be in a MS or Associated CC.
