Locations and Tribes The earliest Woodland tribes were Adana,and Hopewell Inhabited areas of Ohio, Virginia, Wyoming, Kentucky, Indiana, and Pennsylvania Some tribes were Algonquin, and Iroquois. Woodland tribes were headquartered in Oklahoma Woodland were given three reservations in 1817in Ohio

Lodging and Food They caught fish with a hook, spear, and nets The women grew corn, squash, and beans, the men hunted deer with bow and arrows or caught fish They were very big on deer hunting, fishing, and farming The Indian houses were the Cedar Plank House, the Hogan’s, and the teepee More Indian houses were the Longhouse and the pueblo
