Objectives of a Recovery Framework { Reflect the outcome of prioritisation and sequencing of recovery requirements, including reconstruction { Reflect the Early Recovery Framework within the overarching Recovery Framework, thereby linking humanitarian and development financing mechanisms { Demonstrate the resource requirements for comprehensive recovery

Recovery Framework What are the relationships among sectors? What is the prioritization of the order of investments? How will recovery facilitate resilient societies? How to ensure key themes are integrated through all sectors?
