The PHIL Award Acronym: Pulmonary Health and Illnesses of the Lung Created by The FACES Foundation Honors outstanding respiratory therapists Recipients nominated primarily by families and patients who feel they have received excellent care Like The DAISY Award, flexible to fit each hospital, with recommended criteria coming from The FACES Foundation
