ENGLISH IS HERE, ENGLISH IS THERE, ENGLISH IS EVERYWHERE!

SLOGANS ABOUT ENGLISH Do you agree or disagree? Why? English is the best way to escape from everyday life! Study English not to be alone! Study English, the language of the Universe! I have chosen the language that will help me change the world. What about you? You are free in your choice. Your choice is your freedom. My freedom is English, a foreign language! English was, English is, English will always be!

THE AIM The modern world is becoming smaller all the time. Every day distances between different countries seem less. For this reason it’s becoming more and more important to know different languages, especially English. During the lesson we’ll try to discuss and to understand why we need to learn English.

THE TASKS To play a language game to know the idioms about learning languages To listen to and to understand the videorecording and to do the task after having watched the film To read the text and be ready to discuss it in pairs taking into account the given questions To speak about the importance of learning English
