Research Project- Why? Put together ALL of your knowledge of ECOLOGY! Get more practice on how to do good research *focus on what’s important* LEARN about and become an EXPERT about ONE invasive species. Work in a group and use your creativity!

Research Project- Who?  You will be working with your Ecology Group.  Everyone in the group must complete their own graphic organizer for a grade.  Everyone must contribute to the final presentation!

Research Project- What? You will randomly be assigned to one invasive species. You will work in your groups using the internet to complete a graphic organizer. You will design, prepare, and practice a presentation that informs your class about your invasive species.

Research Project- When?  Wednesday: Project Introduced & Groups Assigned, Begin Researching.  Thursday: Continue Researching  Friday: Prepare/Practice Presentations  Monday: PRESENTATIONS!

Requirements: Every student needs to turn in their Introduced Species Information Sheet As a group you need to create a Google Slides presentation to present your introduced species to your class. Your group will have to present your information to the class with a 3-5 minute presentation. Every member needs to present a portion to receive a grade. If you are absent when your group presents, you will need to present by yourself to receive a grade.

Your grade will come from: You will receive 12 points for your information chart, graded for completion You will receive a presentation grade of 10 points using the (CS) Communication Skills Rubric Your group will receive a project grade of 20 points with the Rubric Provided.
