Question of the Day – Brain Drain – Brain Drain is understood to be the loss of skilled intellectual and technical labor through the movement of such labor to more favorable geographic, economic, or professional environments. Primate City - A city which is at least twice the size of the next largest city in a country along with being the dominant economic, cultural and political center of the country. How might this be a negative effect related to the legacy of European imperialism?
