Currently TeraGrid has the concept of "roaming" which is defined as the ability for a single group (or subgroup) of SUs (unit of measure for TeraGrid resources) provided as part of a user's allocation to be utilized across a group of pre-determined resources without the need to identify ahead of time what percentage of the allocation will be used on each resource in the group.
