1 ACR Appropriateness Criteria® Feedback and Commenting
Updated June 14, 2017

2 Final Rule and External Review
We recognize that some AUC development processes could invite public comment. While we believe this would be appropriate, we do not believe we should establish this as a requirement for the development of AUC by a qualified PLE. We do however believe that public transparency of the resulting AUC and the corresponding evidence base is critical to this program. In order to be a qualified PLE, the PLE must post AUC on their Web site in the public domain that allows all developed AUC to be reviewed by all stakeholders. -Federal Register, Vol. 80, No. 220, Monday, November 16, 2015, Rules and Regulations, Page 71109

3 AC Feedback and ACR as a qPLE
We have systems to receive feedback on the AC topics and are considering how to track industry and patient inputs through this process. - American College of Radiology, Application to qualify as a provider-led entity, submitted December 7, 2015, page 14
