I N N O V A T I O N Category Filter If you click on a specific Contract Category, (example: Automotive & Marine) the list will filter to show only the matching Contracts for that category. To remove the Category filter on the Contracts and Agreements table, click “Return to Full List”.

I N N O V A T I O N Administrator Selection Clicking on the Administrator’s name will pull up a specific page relating to them.

I N N O V A T I O N Administrator Page Also listed here are any Contracts and Agreements this particular Purchasing member handles. Detailed information including contact phone numbers and email addresses.

I N N O V A T I O N Contract Main Page On the main Contract page, basic information is displayed for quick and easy reference.

I N N O V A T I O N Performance Survey To rate the performance of this contract, specific vendors, make suggestions or to see the results of other survey respondents, use these links here. Currently SPA Agreements do not have Survey links, but this will be provided at a later date.

I N N O V A T I O N Contract Arrangement These links here lead to the specific document components of the Contract. These pages follow two basic structures and can house any of the following: HTML Adobe.PDFs Word Documents Links to Outside Websites

I N N O V A T I O N Page Structure: Links In this format, information is stacked in a list of links that will take you either to another portion of the STC/SPA system or to an outside website. *SPECIAL NOTE: Information stored on outside websites (such as Vendor catalogs) cannot be integrated into the search parameters.

I N N O V A T I O N Page Structure: Built In In this format, information is built directly into the DMS website. All information placed on these pages can be found through the STC/SPA search engine.

I N N O V A T I O N Page of Note: Revisions Page Previously, this page was a long HTML document utilizing bookmark navigation. Users had to scroll through each Revision Memo to see what it was about. In this new form, brief descriptions can be added to the Revision links to help give a quick overview of each document and save users from needless browsing.

I N N O V A T I O N Retracing Your Steps In order to make navigating through some of the more complex Contracts easier, a “Breadcrumb” trail and a Navigation tree are provided to allow you to click directly onto your desired destination.

State Purchasing Agreements Smaller Alternative for BIG Savings

I N N O V A T I O N STC/SPA for the Future Responding to suggestions that Purchasing Agreements were not widely used because of their lack of visibility, it is planned that the STC and SPA lists will be combined on a single page for ease of browsing. An example of how the listing might look is below.

I N N O V A T I O N State Purchasing Agreements The layout of the SPA portion of the website is based on the same structure as the STC pages. Since there may be multiple SPAs for a particular commodity – references to similar products can be added here.

I N N O V A T I O N Final Notes Expired Contracts and SPA agreements will be placed in an Archive section that will still be accessible by the public. Conditional pages will be available for Contracts that require special language, forms, or documents. (RFQs, Optional Usage, Etc.) Frequently Asked Question pages will be added at various points to provide users a quick reference guide to the STC/SPA website and specific Contract pages as needed.

I N N O V A T I O N Thank You! We hope that this new State Term Contract and State Purchasing Agreement Website will provide our users with a more pleasant and accommodating experience.
