Lecturer Transportation Please get your air ticket to Accra If we are paying your transportation from ASP2012 funds, please let us know quickly to buy your ticket early. The budget for ASP2012 is tight, we do not want to wait too long to get more expensive ticket For the flight Accra Kumasi, please contact Peter Amoako-Yirenkyi with your itinerary to arrange that for you. Be prepared to pay for it upon arrival, $90, (unless it is covered from ASP2012 funds) 5
Lecturer Accommodation If you arrive late in Accra to continue the same day to Kumasi, you will spend one night at the Guest House ($60) or Hotel ($120) In Kumasi, there are 2 options for accommodation – The Engineering Guest House $30/night – The Noda Hotel $60/night Please contact Peter Amoako-Yirenkyi your itinerary to arrange this for you. Be prepared to pay for it unless ASP2012 is paying for you. 6

Forum Day – July 28 Invitation to Ghanaian government officials To Discuss education and capacity building in Ghana. Long term strategic plans To use what we learn from this discussion in the future planning of the African school If you will be lecturing around that time, please arrange to stay and get involved in the forum day The school banquet will on July 28 in the evening, following the forum day 10
Excursions Two are planned – On Saturday July 21 – If money, a 2 nd one on Saturday August 4 – Remember that the forum day and the banquet are on Saturday July 28 11
