Recycling Packaging Materials The KnapZak System Your Plastic and Styrofoam Waste Collection System

Plastic Wastes - The Opportunity Typical recovery rate for plastic film and styrofoam and related products is currently 50% Goal is to obtain 100% recovery rate - the infamous Zero Waste Target Plastic Waste accounts for 10% of waste stream in a typical landfill - only 40% is recycled The KnapZak System will increase your waste recovery before landfill and increase your revenue stream

Enhanced Recycling System Waste is dumped into containers - mixed waste streams with limited or no segregation Value of recycled material is not maximized and often waste streams are contaminated Return on investment is minimized Solution - The KnapZak System A system that collects and segregates plastic waste streams at source An indoor collection system - esthetically pleasing bag and metal frame system Easy collection of packaging and voluminous waste streams Use in residential, office, institutional, warehousing, construction and industrial settings This OR

KnapZak Advantages Decentralised collection at the source, clean and fast No contamination with other flows Optimal manual compression Free collection, easy and a willing market Low investment and low costs High quality of collected materials, good market price No labour costs for separation of flows (done by client) Collection of plastic and paper/carton at the same time (perforated bags for container compression) The KnapSack System Solves the waste volume collection at source often Associated in industry

The Knapsack is the ideal solution for all industries who are producing a lot of plastic packaging waste. Major food processing and packaging operations Supermarkets Packaged goods warehouse operations Distribution centres Department stores Construction sites Shredding trucks Bottle recycling operations Who Can Use KnapZak ® Those environments, which generate lots of plastic film waste, PSE and other plastic packaging wastes

Where the savings come in! Thanks to the perforations, the bags can be transported compressed and do take only little space. Together with paper and carton, in a garbage truck or a (compression) container. In this way you can transport the two products at the same time. The Knapsack is also available without perforations for EPS (expanded polystyrene) and bottle collection. A 1000 litre bags can contain up to 7 kg of EPS

PSE and PET Collection PSE you can collect with a 1000 or 2500 L. bag. You also can apply the Knapsack system for plant pots, which can easily be recycled, Or PET bottles and other plastic waste components.

KnapZak ® Systems/Assortment Knapsack support 60/110 liter bags with a capacity 10 – 20 kg KnapZak supports 200/300/400 litres bags and comes in coated frames without wheels. KnapZack system also supports 300/400/1000 litres and comes with coated frames with wheels Table support systems holding up to 300 litres.

KnapZak ® System/Assortment Container support 300/400 litres - The container support is standard and adapted to different wheel containers. Depending on the volume of the container (1000 L. or 750 L.) it is possible to use 400 or 300 litre Knapsacks. KnapZak also provides support systems for walls and pallet racks - 300/400 liters coated

KnapZak ® Systems/Assortment Construction waste collection Scaffolding support 300 / 400 litres Support to be mounted on the outside of a scaffold. The support is equipped with a 48 mm connection Large systems waste collection Knapsack support y 2500 litres coated, with or without wheels
