Ingredients ( 재료 ) 떡 Tteok, rice cake 어묵 fish cake 파 green onion 마늘 garlic 고추장 gochujang, red pepper paste 간장 ganjang, soy sauce 물엿 starch syrup

Recipe ( 만드는 법 ) 1.Boil the water. ( 물을 끓여요 ) 2.Put rice cake and fish cake into boiling water. ( 끓는 물에 떡과 어묵을 넣어요 ) 3. Put garlic and green onion. ( 마늘과 파를 넣어요 ) 4. Put red pepper paste, soy sauce and starch syrup. ( 고추장, 간장, 물엿을 넣어요 )

Table Manner ( 식사 예절 )  Come to the table with clean hands and face.  Put your napkin on your lap.  Start eating when everyone else does – when given the OK to start.  Stay seated and sit up straight.  Keep elbows (and other body parts!) off the table while eating.

Table Manner ( 식사 예절 )  Chew with your mouth closed and don’t talk until you’ve swallowed.  Don’t make bad comments about the food.  Say “Please pass the ---”.  Thank your host or whoever prepared the meal.  Offer to help clear the table.
