2 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts

3 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds

4 1 tbsp. salad oil (or sesame oil)

5 2 tbsp. soy sauce

6 1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion

7 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

8 1 sm. clove garlic, finely chopped

9 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds 1 tbsp. salad oil (or sesame oil) 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 sm. clove garlic, finely chopped

10 How to Cook 1. Clean and wash bean sprouts in cold water.

11 How to Cook 2. Drop them in boiling water and let stand for 3 minutes.

12 How to Cook 3. Drain thoroughly.

13 How to Cook 4. Brown sesame seeds in skillet over low fire, stirring constantly.

14 How to Cook 5. Add all other ingredients to beansprouts, mix well with fork.

15 How to Cook 6. Serve cold. 5 servings.
