Timeline 1.)Sonny’s mom made him wash the kidney’s for a punishment for him going to the mines.(pg.207) 2.) Sonny is worried about his dad because he has disappointed him before and he doesn’t know what to say to him.(pg.208) 3.) His mom threatens him by saying she’ll take ground-daddy’s old pistol and shoot him if he ever goes to the mines again.(pg.208) 4.) Sonny apologized for causing Mrs. Bykovski’s job change.(pg.210) 5.)Mrs. Bykovski thought homer didn’t like von Braun because he was Jewish. 6.) Mr. Ferro presented sonny and Quentin with the “Auk XIV”.(pg.217) 7.) Sonny asked Mr. Ferro what he had to do to get the gravel and he said nothing.(pg.215) 8.) Mr. Dubonnet could’ve stopped the machinists from working for Sonny.(pg.218) 9.) The Auk XIV shot three thousand feet!(pg.219) 10.)Quentin suggests that they need more tests.(pg.220) 11.)Sonny asks Dorothy to the Christmas Formal.(pg.221) 12.) Christmas of 1958 wasn’t a white Christmas.(pg.222) 13. Sonny got an autographed photo from Dr. Wehrner von Braun for Christmas.(pg.223) 14.) The not he got ended saying: “If you work hard enough, you will do anything you want.” 15.) Sonny took the autograph to school and showed Quentin.(pg.223)
