Long Term Goal Adopt 21st century teaching approaches to enhance the knowledge of the students in using Office Application
Short-term goal Improve my questioning strategies. Motivate students. Encourage students to participate.
Instructional Strategies and Task I will provide to the students more informative discussions. I will ask questions and require students to explain how they came to an answer. I will give a simple situation and require students to demonstrate how they to an answer. I will allow the students to work as a pair or a group.
Solutions to Anticipated Challenges A. I do not own a personal computer A. I will stay at the office and use my assigned PC. B. Students may not agree with my new approach. B. I will motivate students and give them positive examples in which they will appreciate my new approach. C. Students does not know how to answer my questions. C. I will give hints to my questions. D. Students may afraid to volunteer to participate in front of his/her classmates. D. I will encourage the student to volunteer to participate and give incentives (points, rewards, etc…)
