Educational Solutions for Workforce Development

In Summary If care homes are to be recognised as ‘A good place to live and a good place to die’ then they will need to be staffed by health and social care workers who have knowledge, skills, competence and confidence to deliver appropriate palliative and end of life care. The NES Palliative Care work stream will continue to share and disseminate education initiatives with the care home sector to support education and workforce development in palliative and end of life care.
