Tramlink performance 86% Customer Service Satisfaction score. >99% delivery. Refurbished trams. Refurbished stops. service enhancements. Extremely good performance during recent snow, including only public transport operating to New Addington; no planned changes to service frequencies, no reported weather related passenger injuries

Upcoming works This Sunday until 15:00 - no tram service between Merton Park and Wimbledon. Town centre works this summer. Crossings – work is due to start in May. System renewals work ongoing.

Crowding - future capacity enhancements Passengers now up 45% to 28 million per year, with more growth forecast – in excess of 30 million passengers by 2015 Capacity enhancement is crucial to support additional tram passengers and the future growth of Merton and its connections to Croydon

Growing for the future More trams? Double-track Mitcham-Mitcham Junction to improve reliability and resilience This will allow for a future extension to Mitcham Town Centre or Morden Potential for new stop at Willow Lane to improve access to the Wandle Valley Regional Park and Willow Lane Trading Estate
