2018/19 Programme – over £8m delivering a mix of schemes in scale and value
2019/20 Programme – over £10m
Funded from Local Growth Fund, development contributions and county council funding.
Continue development of pipeline projects

Eastbourne Town Centre
Phase 1 currently on site (£8m)
Phase 2 currently being developed (£3m)
Hastings and Bexhill – schemes being developed to be delivered using Local Growth Fund monies
