Unsafe Acts Prevention HELPING PEOPLE PREVENT INJURIES UAP WHAT IS IT? Is a sampling technique of observing people doing work and help people anticipate what could go wrong so they can prevent injuries. HELPING PEOPLE PREVENT INJURIES

Unsafe Acts Prevention ? Why are we doing UAP? To change behaviour Stop people getting hurt UAP is applied 2 ways: 1. Think before acting - 3 questions: * What am I about to do? * What could go wrong? * How could I do it safely? 2. React when we see: * Unsafe acts * Safe behaviours
