 Development of medical higher educational institutions’ teaching staff evaluation mechanisms on basis of new normative base and critically interpreted foreign experience for improvement of medical education quality

 Analysis of evaluation of teaching staff of medical faculties of universities of France, Germany, Italy and RF.  Development of normative-legal and scientific- methodical support of teaching staff evaluation procedure in RF medical higher educational institutions.  Approbation and development of recommendations or introduction of modern mechanisms of teaching staff evaluation in medical higher educational institutions.

1. Analysis of modern requirements to level of training and quality of teaching staff activity. 2. Analysis of problems of teachers’ evaluation, its effectiveness and degree of correspondence of evaluation system to modern requirements. 3. Analysis of evaluation normative base and current standards of evaluation. 4. Analysis of current procedures and real practice of evaluation. 5. Analysis of degree of methodological and methodical development of teaching staff evaluation problem.
