4 Educational Management (EM) is a theory, method and technology of EP effective management based on the total of philosophical, pedagogical, social, psychological, economical and managerial concepts, laws and regularities. Main goal of EM - effective, systematic use of forces, money and time of all employees of educational institution and students.

9 Submodule 1 «Legal framework of higher and postgraduate medical education» (20 hours, incl. 10 class hours) Goal – formation of ideas:  about state policy and mechanisms of state control in the field of higher and postgraduate education,  about rights and duties of studentx and scientific- pedagogical workers,  about specificity of application of laws and regulations in process of regulation of educational relationships.

10 Submodule 2 Organizational basics in medical education system (20 hours, incl. 10 class hours) Goal – idea formation:  Role and tasks in medical education  Up-to-date architecture in long-life professional medical education  Various forms of external quality control in medical education

11 Submodule 3 Organizational basics in educational process of HEI (30 hours, incl. 14 class hours) Goal – idea formation:  organizational principles in educational process of HEI, at the level of faculty, chair, teacher  activity contents and assessment of a teacher as a manager

12 Submodule 4 «Teaching documentation and technology of its development» (100 hours, incl. 50 class hours). Goal – formation of knowledge and ideas about essence of methodical work and technology of development of teaching documentation in medical HEI.

13 Submodule 5 «Education quality evaluation in medical HEI» (70 hours, incl. 35 class hours). Goal – to clear up general principles and approaches to evaluation of future physician education quality, to form idea:  about content of evaluation activity of teachers,  about traditional and innovation evaluation tools and technologies of their development.
