8 For the period of post-graduate training a graduate has to: - fulfill the individual plan; - pass candidates examinations on history and philosophy of science, foreign language and special discipline; - finish the dissertation; - give the dissertation for commission of experts; - have the right to assimilate the obligatory minimum of professional training program “Teacher of the University» «The statute of the training of science teachers and scientists in the system of postgraduate education in Russian Federation 814 from 1998"

17 OBJECTIVE STRUCTURED CLINICAL EXAMINATION 1. range of application 1.2. OBJECTIVE STRUCTURED CLINICAL EXAMINATION is the means of intermediate and final certification of graduate students, interns, residents, graduate students of clinical specialties at the Medical University. The aim of objective structured clinical examination is the monitoring of knowledge and skills of graduates, clinical interns, residents, postgraduate clinical specialties at the Medical University, the development of clinical thinking, awareness of their role in the clinical professional. = this is a type of learning task that simulates the real situation in clinical practice aimed at studying the degree of mastery of practical skills in the specialty training. The technique is based on the isolation of individual skills on the basis of objective criteria for evaluation and testing of these skills in artificial, natural or combined conditions.
