What does this all mean?  We have many things to be proud of.  Areas for Improvement Focusing more attention both during the day and after school on struggling students. Using more technology to improve student achievement in ALL classrooms.

Step 1: Intervention  We currently offer during the day pull-out tutoring and after school extended learning for our struggling for students.  As a staff, we must begin to collect data to be sure that this process is working.  Finally, we must allow for time for teachers to collaborate to discuss best practices.

Step 2: Technology Integration  In order to meet the needs of the 21 st century learner, we must incorporate more technology into our daily instruction.  Professional Development Opportunities will be made available in the following areas of technology:  Assistive Technology  Web 2.0 Tools  FCPS Software  Up and Coming Technology for Public Schools
