Significant Legislation AB 66 (R&T) – Restoration of Firearms Rights –Effective 10/1/2011 AB 75 (R&T) – Sex Offender Registration Loopholes & Reinstate “Unlawful Contact” –Died in Committee. Tabled until 2013 or beyond. AB 282 (Asm. Oceguera) – Concealed Weapons –Reinstates Brady Exemption. Effective 7/1/2011. SB 491 (Sen. Revenue) – Various Revenue Measures including Court Assessment Diversion –Died in Committee.
