10. Dedication, Pride, Service 7-23-0910 Records Bureau Fiscal Year 2010 is budgeted at a 10 % decrease over FY 2008. Fiscal Year 2011 is budgeted at 75% of FY 2009. Elimination of 2 FTE in the Fingerprint Technician Unit. Goals for the biennium include restoring the Reserve balance.
