MORE THAN PEOPLE 118 COUNTRIES 420 LOCATIONS ACROSS 24 TIME ZONES 13 MAY, 2007 ONE MESSAGE WALK THE WORLD

THE VISION  Annual event of a global movement to raise awareness and funds and make it possible to eradicate child hunger by 2015  Organized by the UN‘s World Food Programme and TNT  The Walk is destined to become the greatest-ever annual humanitarian call to action  Aim for 2007: raise an amount of 5 million USD to fund WFP global activities aimed at reducing child hunger

WHY CEMS SHOULD GET INVOLVED  We want to make a difference in this life  We are able to live up to our commitment due to advantages in background and education  We have access to corporate life and influential leaders  We might become influential leaders ourselves  We can provide awarness

HOW CEMS CAN GET INVOLVED  Get people at your universities together to walk  Be creative in ensuring visibility and attention (prominent participants, extraordinary theme, extreme initiatives, etc.)  Organize media events  Contact the world of business to raise funds  Collect private donations

How can your company get involved? Raise awareness Participation of company executives together with employees on a Walk the World event organised across Europe to show your commitment to the project and to get to know our students in an informal setting Sponsoring & support Donation to increase the funds raised by the CEMS Community In kind donation to facilitate the efforts of participants during the events with products such as bottles of water, snacks, etc. Mobilise your organisational expertise to lend support to the initiative: e.g. privileged and influential links with media contacts or entertainment personalities, technological prowess to link in to events Europe-wide, etc.

GET INVOLVED - WALK WITH US! May 13,
