8 Dive In Festival Case Study:
The festival for Diversity & Inclusion in Insurance

9 Dive In…. The story so far?
Dive In is the insurance sector’s only international diversity and inclusion festival that runs concurrently in multiple organisations in different countries, representing every corner of the industry, from the smallest brokers to the largest multi-national companies. 2017 is the third year that will run the Dive In Festival. It was conceived as part of a strategic plan to drive engagement and understanding of the business case for diversity and inclusion. Each year, since launch in 2015, the Festival grows in size due to the demand created by the experience of participation which spreads by word of mouth and media coverage of the previous event. The Festival is free to attend and is promoted to over 1 million people in the global insurance market through media partnerships, visible branding and internal communications campaigns, delivered in partnership with a steering committee of industry leading communications professionals.
